Poinsettia Fundraiser

Dear OLOP Families, 

Although it is only November, Christmas is just around the corner!  This year, we will be selling poinsettias as part of our fundraising efforts toward greening and rejuvenating the playground.  If your family normally buys a poinsettia for the Christmas season, why not give this a try?  The poinsettias will come directly from a local greenhouse, Woodley Farm & Greenhouses, and are of excellent quality. Poinsettias are available in 5 colours, and 2 sizes.  Details are found in School Cash Online. 

Due Date 

Your order must be received by Thursday, November 26, 2020, 11:59 p.m. via School Cash Online. 

How to Order 

Orders can be placed in School Cash Online from Monday, November 16th to Thursday, November 26th, 2020 (11:59 p.m.).  If your order is not received in School Cash Online by the due date, your order will not be placed.

SAFETY 

Woodley Farm & Greenhouses is a controlled environment, and the greenhouse is closed to the public. When the poinsettias leave the facility, they are on sterile carts or packed in sterile boxes and come out of a truck box that has been sterilized. Delivery personnel are required to wear a mask and gloves. We will also implement safety measures upon receipt of the poinsettias at the school, such as additional sanitization and allowing them to sit for an extended period.  

Pick-Up 

In an effort to make this as convenient as possible, the poinsettias will be ready for pick-up on Wednesday, December 2nd from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the school, in our gymnasium.
